My appointment was delayed from 12 to 2pm, then to 3pm and I had to wait another 15 min for her to arrive. We started the massage at 15.20pm and finished at 15.55pm. I paid 60min massage that lasted 35min. When I mentioned she arrived 15min late so it should have been extended 15min she refused saying they normally finish 10min before the end. Even though it would have been a 50min massage instead of 35min. She offered to extend more next time instead of extend it at the moment. Massage was not great neither.

The worst thing about going for treatments is lack of chemistry with the service provider, nothing can ruin a five star service more than feeling awkward and uncomfortable. In addition to everything else being gold standard, Mia is a warm hearted, welcoming and talented therapist who will put you at ease and ensures that you enjoy the experience. Also, great tunes !
