I have booked an appointment with Victoria and unfortunately they changed me to Banny. She destroyed my nails by buffering all the layers to the point where I had to ask her to stop, she also had not hygiene. She then insulted me by going to the reception to say that I’m not cooperating and they wouldn’t ca. Fast forward 2 months later and my nails are still recovering. I went to other places after that and everyone was wondering what happened to my nails and why they looked so thin and damaged
