I didn’t have a great experience at The Well which was disappointing as I’ve always loved going there. All previous waxes have been painless but this was really really painful, took a long time and lots of wax left over afterwards which was uncomfortable. Hardly any small talk from the therapist which didn’t help as normally that’s quite distracting.
