Banny, was welcoming and skilled at her job, but I did find she was very flustered and Rushed, I felt a bit uncomfortable instead of relaxed. I got there earlier than my time but she came to collect me 5 mins later than my appointment and she was not ready. I prefer for time to be respected.

I love the well, always very polite, professional and clean. Waxing is great, brows were great. The manicure was good but not my best, it was gel and peeled off in about three days which is unusual
