Mahreen was nice and friendly and I’m happy with the lamination itself, however the colour turned out to be completely wrong. I have light eyes and hair, but the colour of my eyebrows is now black...even though I’ve been told that the colour should fade away in a few days, they are still black. The chosen shade is not complementary for my face and hair colour. Again, the shape and lamination itself is ok, but the colour is completely unsatisfactory as I’ve also asked to be careful with it before

Mahreen was lovely, as were the receptionists. I was asked exactly how I wanted it and I got it! Everything was explained clearly as it was my first brow lamination. I will be back!
