I had mentioned to the lady that my nails were broken and were weak but she didn’t take that into consideration when filing. It looked like it was her first time using the drill. I have very long nail beds and she used the smallest bit to drill which took so long. I also requested my gel to be removed only with the drill and not acetone but then she said she couldn’t remove all of it with the drill ( yes she can, anywhere i go they remove it fully with the drill). I got blood from the filing.
