This time, the service was painful. It was quick, only 10 minutes, but she didn’t clean the waxed area properly, and there was still hair left on my back. Normally, I get the back waxed two or three times, but she only did it once, leaving hair behind. She also didn’t wait for the wax to cool down fully and tried to rip it off before it was ready, which made it hurt even more. Pink was also left on my belly and around the wax area.

The lady providing the service is the best I've had so far. She waxes smoothly, thoroughly cleans the area, works quickly, and is very skilled, making the experience less painful.

the wax was too hot, and then was not cooled and fully hard enough before getting ripped off, so it was more painful and a bit worrying given the intimate area (i've been getting hollywood wax for 20 years+ so am not new/scared!)
