Wasn't sure what to expect, but when we arrived there it really took me back. The room as gorgeous, so cosy and welcoming. Charlene was so inviting and kind that we felt at home instantly. Her professionalism was 100% and the treatments we received were second to none. We will be going back and also recommending her to friends and family!
