I have always felt uncomfortable when going for a massage and not able to switch off. I had a back neck and shoulder massage which was amazing and i also added NADA acupuncture. This was my first time with acupuncture and was a little nervous but Liz made me feel at ease.
I felt asleep during my treatments, and I had the best nights sleep that night in 3 years! and can already feel the after effects of treatment. I have already booked in for my next session.
So glad i found this little place
