I’ve been visiting Liz once a month for just over a year now, and I wish I could go every week! - I’ve recently got over covid and my body was in much need of some TLC when I walked in, and when I walked out, I felt restored and renewed! Liz has and continues to be such a calming and nurturing presence, and I find my appointments to be a therapy for the mind and the body - I couldn’t recommend her enough!
