I have been visiting Liz for a therapeutic massage on a regular basis for several years. It's always a very relaxing experience and she always asks me if there's a particular area to work on. As I spend a lot of time in the gym and do a lot of weightlifting there's always something needs attention. Her studio is always spotless and she is always welcoming. Liz delivers the best massages I've had and I have tried numerous practitioners at home and abroad on holidays. Highly recommended.

Had a back, neck, shoulder and facial with Liz. It was amazing. Truly relaxing. I have issues with my shoulders Liz knows exactly the place to massage without even telling her. The facial was something else. I'm booked in for next month. Central Wetherby safe and secure location. You can grab a coffee afterwards at the many coffee shops in Wetherby. Thank you 😊
