I’ve used many different therapists over the years and Liz is just so much better than even the best ones I have visited.
It’s very hard to describe just how good she is - I think the best way is that it felt like my body had all the benefits and after feel of a sports massage with a treatment that felt like an aromatherapy massage. Incredibly skilled, managed to get rid of all aches and pains whilst making it relaxing and enjoyable.

An amazing experience! Liz was so welcoming and reassuring from the beginning. One of the best treatments I have had, she has an incredible talent for massage; it was extremely relaxing whilst absolutely working out all areas of stress. My skin felt and looked incredible after the facial and I could not have been happier with the overall experience and result! I will definitely be booking again!
