I couldn’t recommend Liz at Hands-on Wellness more! I came to Liz for an extended therapeutic massage in the hope that she could help me relieve some of the stress and tension I was holding onto and I left feeling like a new person; relaxed, calm and uplifted! Liz was so helpful and knowledgeable, her treatment room felt calming as soon as I walked in and I’m already looking forward to going back for another treatment next month - thank you Liz!
