Liz is very knowledgeable, professional and caring therapist . She can sense where I have any areas of tension and knows exactly how much pressure to apply to alleviate aches and pains . I always feel relaxed and pampered after my treatment and never want to leave .

I absolutely love going for a massage or facial with Liz. I leave her treatment room feeling fantastic after her massages - she is just brilliant and always asks if there is a specific part of the body I’d like her to target. The last time I had a facial I had a meeting on Zoom a few hours later and another attendee messaged me to tell me how fresh faced and healthy I was looking! I’m already planning my next visit...
