First time recipient of a massage. Lovely welcome and pre-session email from Liz. The massage was absolutely amazing and I felt like I had been re-balanced when I left. So soothing and Liz found all the "hotspots". She was very efficient and experienced and in no time at all I felt relaxed....... I will certainly book again and have even persuaded my 90year old dad to give it a go some time!

I have now been with liz for over a year. I am in my eighties and find a monthly massage greatly improves my movement and circulation . I find her excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
