I went to my appointment and it was closed. Noone answered the door. I then called and texted. No answer. And an email. And havent heard back or been refunded. And I cant contact Treatwell for a refund as there is no place to contact them on the website.

I had a great experience with Rossella. She was very attentive and noticed right away that I was feeling a bit anxious, so she kindly offered me a stress ball to help me relax. The treatment itself was quite painful, but she let me know in advance and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable throughout. Her calm and professional approach really helped me manage the discomfort. I truly appreciated her care and sensitivity.
