This was a very standard, average facial - nothing to write home about. One thing I would’ve changed was the steam machine - the way it’s positioned means it is blowing straight into your nose, instead of on top of it, which makes it really hard to breathe. I would’ve given the facial itself 4 stars but the ambiance was really clinical/bare - I wasn’t even given a towel or blanket to keep myself warm during the treatment. I was getting so cold lying there.
