Today, I had the pleasure of receiving a Hydrafacial treatment from Rossella, and it was a truly lovely experience. The clinic was clean, and the staff were exceptionally professional and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed - highly recommend!

Venue and ambience were great, however the results were not what I asked for at all, I asked for a very strong curl and got a very weak one, even though I showed a reference picture from a recent lash lift. I was told they would "curl up more after the treatment" however they did not sadly.

I have done 6 sessions of full body laser with Melania plus 1 top up and I'm so happy with the results! She's good at what she does but she's also very nice and friendly!
