First impressions are everything. The practitioner was 20mn late, which happens, it’s ok but a quick “sorry for the wait” would have been nice. The patch test was done quickly, I felt I was bothering the practitioner with my queries. Won’t be back.

The 2 previous times, treatment was excellent and almost painless. This time, very painful, and the person an area I asked not to wax. + the rate increased. Won’t come back
