Very disappointing experience. As an Eastern European I know all the best practices of the beauty industry. Firstly as a professional you always supposed to show the bottle of the peel to your client so a client knows what you’re going to use on their face and that the product is authentic. Also I was concerned with hygiene as Rosella was touching so many things with gloves on before doing the procedure and lastly, she didn’t know the protocol so I’m not sure how effective the results will be…
