The venue was nice, clinical in style, and the staff very polite. However I asked for natural looking brows and not too dark, and left with 1cm thick brows in a very dark brown, and I had to spend a long time doing additional work to tone them down. If this is the style intended by the treatment then I think more consultation should have happened when I asked for natural.
