My original stylist was off sick and they fitted me in with Lauren slightly later. As I was going out for a meal, I only had 45 minutes at the new time. She saw me early, leaving her lunch and ensured I was out on time with a fabulous cut and blow dry. Excellent customer service and well trained staff.
