Staff very helpful and pleasant .. the only thing to mention (and it’s a matter of personal preference so some may like it) but for me the loud RadioOne blasting out was not conducive to a relaxing experience and had to ask it to be turned off which they did.. other than that everything great

It was the first time I had a hot stone massage so wasn’t too sure what to expect.
I had a really sore back and want to see if it would help with some of the pain. Izzy listened to me and paid more attention to the areas which were uncomfortable. My back felt much better afterwards. I felt relaxed and would recommend going here for a massage. Thanks so much.

I booked (and was charged for) ItHB brows, however I was not provided with the service described. There was no consultation, no threading - It was more of a light tint and wax which I probably could have done at home myself. Certainly no definition of eyebrows and my tint wasn’t complete - I still had some very blonde hair remaining which I’ve now tinted myself. I was disappointed.
