I visited The Works for an express facial and eyebrow tint. Aimee was really friendly. The facial was nice, although I could hear the loud music and chatting coming from the salon, which drowned out the relaxing music which was playing in the treatment room. The lights were also quite bright. As I was kept waiting for 15mins, I was given a complementary nail treatment by Izzie, which was really nice, I opted for a simple file and polish. Service was good, the staff made sure I was kept hydrated with lots of cups of tea!

Was lovely and welcoming. Lots of very stunning, flawless staff who were friendly And nice despite me turning up ready for running afterwards !! (i.e. not groomed and lovely)

It was a lovely friendly environment and the treatment was well explained and good value for money. Will be returning for more as they have a great variety of treatments to choose from!
