The place was very dirty and the towels used for my wash were dirty and reused from previous customer. I had to wait for 15 minutes after my scheduled time with no word from either of the staff acknowledging my presence or explaining reason for the delay. The eyebrow wax lady has waxed unevenly and this will takes months to fix. Very disappointed and would like a full refund. I was going on holidays and am really disappointed

Really good value for money and friendly, good quality service. The ambience was a little bit lacking as it was quiet (music would be a good way to fix this!) and the venue could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise a good and efficient experience.
