I'm never disappointed. As a repeat customer for the same treatment, you never want to have to keep saying what you want and I never do. Charlie always remembers what I want, even little extras. She's quick, professional and friendly and if you've never had a Hollywood before, she's the person to go because she puts you at ease.

I was really impressed with the service, the lady Charlie explained everything to me as she knew this was my first time dying my hair. This has by far been the best cut I've had! My mum also liked how her hair turned out too.
The only area of improvement would be in terms of the appearance of the salon, it didn't look very nice and there was a slight issue with the water being cold at first.
