The massage was great, staff members were also very attentive and the food was great to. The only criticism I would make is that you're restricted to two rooms which felt a little claustrophobic after a few hours (the building was old and shared). I would return to this venue but not for a full day due to the facilities and lack of space.
I had a voucher for christmas from my boyfriend for hair removal- it was great price for 6 sessions. So far I have 5 and the machine is amazing! The lady Kate that does it for me clearly knows exactly what she is doing and I am really happy with the results! The last appoitment that I had was cancelled due to the machine not working, however the staff told me in advance and kept me updated with the fix and when I could book in for my next treatment, so very well handled. I will be booking my next 6 sessions with this salon.
I went there as purchased my KGB voucher for half head and cut. The staff were rude, they hurried up and did not apply the colour properly and give me haircut as I wanted ( they explained this is whith vouchers so it does not apply for longer cuts). After half head colouring the girl who did my hair was more interested in chatting to other staff rather than doing her job properly and she left my hair half wet! I could not imagine somebody did that to me just because I used the voucher I will definitely not going to come back
This place is dreadful. One of the most unpleasent experiences of my life . I agree with the previous reviewer and would not go back there if it was free! The reception staff are rude and leave you wondering if they actually realise your a paying customer. I too had a Groupn voucher that promised a wonderful spa experience. The therapy room was unpleasent at best and hygene questionable. I can only reiterate what has previously been said about poor quality treatments and service. There are better places to spend your money and time. Awful !
I went yesterday (March 2012), I was told by the Salon itself, 2 hours of pampering, wrap you in mud, pedicure and massage. I had very thin mud on my arms and legs, a pedicure with no massage or scrub, (just file), a shower that burnt me, a massage which was nice but with the wet towel I dried myself with, all in an amazing 50mins!! The therapists said she did but mud on my back, I know she didn't, it really was not worth complaining about. I want a Salon I can happily go to very quarter to pamper and this place it not worthy!! I had to walk half way home since my husband thought he had 2 hours to do the grocery shop and so we both had been cut short.
