Sian was friendly and welcoming and the room was a lovely relaxing space. She took time to chat to me first about my health and what I was looking for from my treatment. The massage was great, would recommend!

This is my second treatment with Sian. This time it was an Indian massage and Emmett technique. I have been having headaches recently and the treatments have definitely cured my headaches and tension!! Such a relief!

Sian was great with the Emmett therapy. My shoulder loosened up and Sian was able to fit me in last minute. The treatment didn't target the know in my shoulder, but my ability to move and flexibility in my shoulder has been great. Sian was thorough, explained the treatment and made sure to ask if I needed anything else before concluding the appointment.
