I had the ultimate luxury facial and it was to die for. Sian talked me through the products she would be using before hand and I was welcomed into a beautiful peaceful relaxing space with a heated bed with dim lighting and subtle essential oils burning. The facial was the better than any I’ve ever had in a luxury spa. Cryo sticks, hot stones and steam machine were used as well as a shoulder and arm massage. Just dreamy! Such a treat! Thank you Sian.

Sian is an excellent therapist and is very knowledgable and skilled in a number of different techniques. She is always very keen to help me resolve issues of pain. She is also a lovely person and I feel very comfortable when I'm there.

The Cloud9 facial and foot reflexology were amazing!! It was the most relaxing massage experience I’ve ever had, so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. It has helped relieve my stress, my face felt very refreshed and Sian also helped identify and talk through some of my muscle issues after the foot reflexology. She is very thorough and ensures the best experience for her clients so I highly recommend Sian and the cloud 9 experience! 5 stars as always!
