I walked into the salon and the owner didn't even say hello, the receptionist then told me to take a seat and offered me a drink. I was then left for 15 mins with no explanation, whilst two other people walked in and were seen to. All I had to be told was that my stylist was running late, which is no issue.
I eventually got Jake who is skilled and has done a lot of training. He did a good job and I was happy with the cut.
I was looking for a new salon, but will stick with where I am, I think.

Jack was brilliant. He clearly understood the style I wanted and was really helpful, in particular giving me tips as to how to handle wavy hair. Thank you, Jack!
