Excellent Customer Care, friendly, chatty but also allowed for quiet time which was appreciated, Very attentive, lovely cuppa and a choccy treat. Staff lovely, Clean premises, relaxed atmosphere, very professional with their approach to customers, interaction and overall demeanour. Would highly recommend
