Booked at the last minute and have returned home to see e-mail that salon were unable to fit me in due to unforeseen circumstances. There was no mention of this when I arrived however and having intended to just get a trim and blow dry I had a completely unhurried consultation with the salon manager Georgina who recommended a colour and a more defined cut. She talked me through the options and also recommended several products to improve the condition of my hair. Both the other stylists and customers were very warm and friendly and I love my hair which now has shine and bounce. Thoroughly recommended.
