I expected the welcome and treatment to be outstanding since I’m a new customer. As a business to run successfully you’d want your clients to come back again. But no. I only came in for a hair wash and she didn’t engage at all and her service was terrible. I could barely feel any shampoo on my hair and the water was cold! I even complained about the cold water she didn’t resolve the issue. The towel smelt of damp. When it came to drying she told me to brush my hair myself to save her time.
