I love getting my hair done at this salon. Although one thing I didn’t quite understand is how she charged me an extra £5 for the hair cut. I had paid online and I always get the same thing done. But this time she said thinning was an extra charge which I didn’t understand as I’ve had this don before and was never charged. I just hoped I didn’t get ripped off and this charge wasn’t just randomly applied to me.
