I think Nural was great only problem I had was waiting. I came in and they were unsure if u had booked an appointment until I said I did it online. I was waiting over 30mins to be seen. I think they should see people when they are ready to see them. 5-10 mins is okay to wait but over 30mins is not. I think in future when booking appointments they should not be available at certain times so people can avoid booking then and turning up to not be seen after ages.

I had beautiful experience at thee Norah salon, I went there for haircut and had excellent experience the owner is welcoming and skilled she knows about it what she doing , now I have beautiful hairstyle like it as I want it definitely come again and recommend to my family and friends
