So my experience was the lady was so harsh on my head all the way it hurt even washing my hair she was pulling it and even when she was drying it she dropped the hair dryer on Me 3X and didn’t even apologise to me and she was pulling my hair whilst she was drying I was so shocked I kept making the face it was hurting but she said it cos I move my head and she burnt my ear toooo and she said you move your head that’s why DEFINITELY AVOID AND she left few greys showing not happy worst place!!!!
