Andy makes you feel very relaxed and always asks if the pressure is too hard/soft and is genuinely interested in doing the best for you. My 15 year old son plays a lot of squash and a day or so after seeing Andy he is rejuvenated and more relaxed. I’m in my 60’s and enjoy the massage for relaxation
