Brilliant massage, I’ve had a lot of back pain for years (without treatment) and I was amazed what Andy was able to do. He really knows his stuff health-wise as well and gave me some great advice. Highly recommend! Will be going back to him for sure

Saw Andy on Saturday to see what he could do for my very tight shoulders after too much time on a laptop and my phone. He has a dedicated studio on the top floor of an apartment building, with amazing views of Cardiff. He went through what I needed, medical conditions etc, then check frequently what firmness etc I wanted. Andy is very thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable. I slept very well that night and will definitely be back!
