I was worried about having a massage so soon after back surgery in December but Isobel reassured me it would be fine. She carefully went over my back talking to me all the time press gently to see were any pain was. After that she was aware of where and what pressure to use, so it didn't cause me any pain .
The massage was fantastic 😍 she worked out the tension and the knots with great skill efficiency and knowledge.
Then proceeded to the rest of my body with equal expertise.
