I went to Theraputic Bliss for the first time last week for the myofascial release therapy, I wanted to try it due to pain and tightness in my back and shoulders. I booked in with Annette and I am so pleased I did, she put me at ease straight away with her gentle calming energy. I’m quite self conscious and she was so considerate and tailored the way she worked to make me feel more comfortable. This treatment is great to get rid of tension without the pain of deep tissue massage.
