Waited outside a while, rang buzzer 3 times but wasn’t let in. Had to wait for someone leaving the building to be let it. If staff were busy treating someone else that would ne understandable.
The therapist I had was nice and professional, made me feel at ease but I specifically asked and wrote down that I would like the massage to concentrate on my lower back as that is the problem area for me at the moment. The majority of the massage however was on my shoulders.
