Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Natalie is just so lovely and I felt comfortable straight away. The shop and the therapy rooms are gorgeous and so zen/relaxing. Spotless clean, Natalie is keeping everything safe with regards to covid issues. The treatments themselves were fantastic, good for the mind, body and soul. You can just tell that Natalie truly cares about people and is passionate about what she’s doing. I would recommend 100% and will be sending everyone!

Natalie was incredibly kind, welcoming and as brilliant as always. The set up is COVID secure and felt very safe to visit. I would recommend Natalie for anybody wanting to relax, soothe and treat themselves!

Natalie is amazing at what she does. Myself and my daughter have been visiting her for over a year and tried everyone of her treatments. Each one I would give full ratings and recommended to friends and family. She is not only so knowledgeable and talented she is a beautiful person.
