Natalie, the therapist, was very friendly and pleasant to speak to. The room for the massage was very colourful and decorated in a beautiful hippy style that I liked. I think a good ambience was set with incense, candles and music. I texted Natalie beforehand to change my treatment from facial and hot stone massage to just the massage just because of personal preference and she was very accommodating. Hot stones were a good temperature and overall the experience was very relaxing.
The only point I would say is that it’s a bit difficult to find if you don’t know the Baltic area well so maybe a message before with instructions from Treatwell or Natalie would be useful and I would advise people like me, who are chronically late for most things, to give themselves time to find it.

Natalie is so warm and welcoming, which made for a very relaxing experience. I will definitely be booking in with her for my next massage.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Very friendly staff, treatment room was so relaxing that I fell asleep and could have stayed in the cosy treatment room all day.

It was very cold inside the building could not get warm. I thought it was expensive as l have had lots of reflexology and paid £30 for an hour treatment.
