I had some really tricky knots in my back and shoulders and Natalie expertly removed them for me. She was really thorough and made sure she got them all. I felt really relaxed in the cosy little room and it was lovely and warm in there, despite being freezing outside. Natalie was really friendly and I'll definitely be back.
