I had a very stiff neck due to tight shoulders which the therapist did a good job in reliefing some of the tension. Good advice was provided to manage discomfort so glad i found the place after many attempts at other places

Exactly what I needed - she found the points in my back which are most tense and focused on most, as I asked her to. For sure will come back!

Nice ambience. Had a sports massage and it was great and really helped relax my back and shoulders which were very tight. I got there earlier than my appointment but was seen immediately and didn't haven't to wait around. Excellent.
