I had leg-only massage as they hurt a lot after intensive training. Feel better after the massage.
Sports Massage
Another trip to the excellent therapies at the grocery. My massage was quite targeted to two areas rather than a holistic body one, but I know what to say next time. The therapists are great here so just explain what you like/how you like it. Will be back again soon!

Clare was brilliant. I went in with a three day migraine and walked out with it gone, plus I asked Clare to have a look at my right leg that has problems due to a former break, and she made that significantly better as well. Wonderful service.
I had a deep tissue massage with Alice, after experiencing some pains in my shoulders, neck and ear throughout the last couple of months. Upon arrival, I was greeted in an extremely friendly manner by the receptionist. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I filled out a form as it was my first time there, and Alice came to greet me immediately after. She took me in to a lovely relaxing room, which was lit with candles and had nice quiet music playing. She spent about 5 minutes going through my symptoms with me and assessing what I needed working on, and then explained to me what she would do and focus on. Throughout the treatment, I felt completely relaxed (even fell asleep a couple of times) and Alice worked on my back and neck with the perfect amount of pressure. She adjusted it accordingly depending on the spots where I was experiencing pain. Afterwards, I felt really light and relaxed, as well as rejuvenated. Alice also spent 5 minutes at the end of my treatment going through everything that she noticed and recommended some stretches to help ease my pain.
Today was my first day back at work, and I've noticed a significant difference in my shoulder/neck/ear pain already. I will definitely back, I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've found this lovely and convenient location!
