I had a therapeutic massage for general relaxation and my experience was lovely - very gentle and soothing, which is what I needed. Next time I may ask for a more focused massage, as my therapist commented that my neck and shoulders were very stiff.
Therapeutic Massage
Massage was amazing - my tensions really went away and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Also gave me really helpful tips on how to avoid those tensions in future and the best trainings. Will definitely come back!
Steve was absolutely brilliant; we did a quick assessment and as I had a problem with my shoulders / neck he provided more of a deep tissue massage which was exactly what I needed. The venue and staff are lovely too. I'll definitely be going back!

This was my 2nd visit for Chakra massage with Zowie. She put me at ease and she was really intuitive in helping me to relax and release my body tension.
