It's obvious that the therapists at the grocery take a lot of care into providing excellent treatments. Post treatment I was encouraged to take my time getting up an ready which was nice! My treatments did get rescheduled a couple times, but it was completely understandable and worked out perfectly in the end, I would absolutely recommend the chakra massage, it left me feeling grounded and revitalized.

Lara was extremely talented, listening to my requests and adapting the treatment to leave me the most relaxed I have been in a long time. Would highly recommend to everyone out there and would definitely return in the near future for another session

Amazing massage!!! Clare, my masseuse, and the lovely lady at reception (whose name I can't remember) commented that I looked taller after the massage and I felt taller! Everyone there is warm and very friendly, saying hello and asking how you are. And you receive a complimentary bottle of water. A real treat in every way!

My first visit to this place was really nice. Had an Indian head massage which was great, and the therapist was lovely, asking lots about me and tailoring the treatment to my needs. Very relaxing!
