great experience, my second visit here and it's such a welcoming environment. Lovely scented candles etc, smiley reception and my therapist was amazing. She worked on the areas I asked her to focus on where I had tightness and offered some great advice and tips for simple exercises to try at home to improve my problem areas.
Great service and location.

Deep Tissue Massage
This was my second time having a massage at Therapies at the Grocery. The first time was great, hence the second booking. The second time was absolutely amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had, and I've had a lot of deep tissue and sports massage over the years - between having a pretty physical job and cycling for my work commute, there's always an injury of sorts! I would highly recommend getting a treatment at Therapies at the Grocery, especially if you can see the therapist Clare.

My sports massage was replaced by a deep tissue massage by Lara but this was fully explained to me. I had run a half marathon the previous weekend and had very sore legs as a result. Lara was brilliant at tailoring the treatment to my needs and I felt better instantly afterwards. Lara was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice for complementary self treatment. I have already booked to go back.
