Excellent service by Lara - who is what I call a 'proper' clinically trained massage therapist. She showed me the biology behind my treatment by getting out human biology books. She knows her science and her craft. Very attentive, always checking the pressure was OK, and a lovely person to boot. Couldn't have asked for better (and I've been for thousands of massages!)
