Can't remember the name of the therapist but she was great. Was really good at tailoring the treatment to what I wanted.
Deep Tissue Massage
I booked a very last minute massage because of pain in my shoulders and neck. Zowie was welcoming, listened to my concerns and then offered a really thorough massage concentrating on the areas I thought needed attention (and many I didn't even realise needed attention). She made me really comfortable, relaxed and really knew what she was doing. Am delighted I found this place as I have clients in the area, and I will definitely return. Really highly recommended.
Deep Tissue Massage
I had a deep tissue massage last week at Therapies @ The Grocery - THis was my second visit - the surroundings are lovely; calm with a laid back vibe and my therapist was great - very aware of my muscles' and the points of tension and how to apply the right level of pressure. I felt unknotted after!

The location was perfect - really easy to get to and lots of amazing treats to buy upstairs. The actual therapies area was also really clean, peaceful and relaxing. We could have had a bit of notice that a couples massage would actually be done separately - as we had anticipated having it together. My partner had a good massage whilst mine was so-so. All-round an enjoyable and good value experience but be sure to ask about the type of massage you'd be having and clarify what you need from the massage in terms of pressure etc.
