Had a very pleasant morning at Therapy, Ealing. Lovely clean salon, staff very welcoming and the best head massage from the lady that washed my hair.
Cannot fault my experience in any way.

My first IPL. Well informed with a patch test being done. Right safety precautions and all very quick and easy.
I'm sure they've replaced the batteries in the smoke alarm by now that was causing it to beep...
Great service, as always. I always get exactly what I ask for. Staff are super friendly and booking through Wahanda makes it all easy as pie.

Salon in good condition. Staff friendly. Massage was thorough and therapist was keen to ensure to get feedback as she was doing treatment to make sure it was what I wanted. Only down side was that there is a manicure table outside the treatment room I was in and despite the tranquil music in the room there was a loud talking customer throughout most of my treatment to the extent that I know exactly how and when her partner proposed to her, the wedding arrangements and the honeymoon etc.
Very happy with the results of the Hollywood Wax every time I leave Therapy Hair and Beauty. It is always relatively painless and the experience is enhanced with friendly and positive attitudes of the staff here.
